About TISAX®.
TISAX® is the new standard for information security in the automotive sector since 2017.
TISAX stands for Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange. In German: confidential exchange of information security assessments. TISAX is a standard for information security from the ENX Association and was introduced to standardize information security assessments in the automotive sector and to provide information about the information security level of automotive manufacturers and suppliers centrally. A recognized seal enables quality assurance, standardization and common recognition of audit results.
The regulations of the TISAX® audit catalog are derived from the proven and well-known standard DIN EN ISO/IEC 27001 for information security management systems and extended to include specific aspects of the automotive industry.

Coaching von Mitarbeitern zur Erstellung und Verifikation von Anforderungs- und Architekturdokumenten
Die SOPHIST GmbH unterstützte bei der Analyse und dem Design verschiedener Produkte. Funkwerk AG: Erweiterbare Architektur für ein Kommunikationssystem
Die Funkwerk AG ist Hersteller für professionelle Kommunikationssysteme im Bereich Verkehrs- und Sicherheitssysteme mit 1.200 Mitarbeitern an 5 Standorten. Aufgrund von international sehr heterogenen Anforderungen an die Technologie soll eine neue Generation von Kommunikationssystemen konzipiert werden, welche nationale Anpassungen und Erweiterungen ermöglicht, ohne eine neue Gesamtbewertung erforderlich zu machen.
Coaching zum Requirements-Engineering
Ausgangspunkt dieses Projektes war die geplante Einführung eines neuen QM-Services, wobei der Fokus auf die Qualitätsprüfung der intern im Unternehmen erstellten Lastenhefte sowie auf dem Aufzeigen von Verbesserungspotential lag. Der Schwerpunkt unserer Unterstützung lag zunächst auf dem Coaching des für die Durchführung des QM-Services verantwortlichen QM-Teams.
Coaching für Projektmanagement in Softwareentwicklungsprojekten
Bei einem Anbieter von IT-Lösungen für Informations- und Dokumentenverteilung sollte in einem Pilotprojekt - mit einer Laufzeit von ca. einem Jahr und ca. 15 Beteiligten - der dabei eingesetzte Projektleiter in den typischen Projektmanagementaufgaben unterstützt und ausgebildet werden.

Ziel des Projektes war es, die Qualität der Requirements-Engineering-Prozesse unseres Kunden zu bewerten und Optimierungspotentiale aufzuzeigen.
Beratung zur Einführung eines Requirements-Engineering-Leitfadens
Zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Effektivität bei der Entwicklung oder Auswahl von Software sollte ein professionelles Requirements-Engineering eingeführt werden. Dafür wurden Methoden und Techniken diskutiert, mit Beteiligten abgestimmt und dokumentiert.
